So, I was complimenting a lovely sexy young lady at Chams the other night on her wonderful deep blue velvet corset, and a couple of thoughts crossed my mind....
.
Men - Do you like to see a woman in a corset, and if so, why?
.
Women - Do you like to wear a corset, and what is it about them that makes it worth the potential discomfort for you?

"I’ve no blinking idea how to do one up and that’s the honest truth! I need a helper.
Hook the laces over a door handle and walk away until tight enough "
Can I put boy pants and a vest on instead? Seems much easier. |

Well they’d certainly be easier to remove |

I love a corset. I look like a pig in a wig squeezing myself into one, but I love the feeling of restriction they give. I like a long line steel-boned corset with very little "give" in it, laced as tight as I can possibly take it without doing myself an injury.
I like the way it restricts my movement; a public form of bondage. It's all about the feel of the thing for me, rather than the look of it.

Corsets can beautiful, sexy, elegant. Feminine and erotic.
Accentuating a woman's curves but not displaying then overtly.
For me there may a slightly fetishistic element and I'm not sure if it's to do with the tightness or simply that I love how they look. |

I've never actually worn one, I don't have the figure for it. I do love the silhouette it creates and it also makes me think of Victorian fashion with heaving bosoms and ch*kers. Love them on others. |

I love wearing them but you have to have a desent one or it looks tacky , i like the allure it gives , can wear that and a skirt or tight trousers and a semi see through blouse out and about no problem.

I can only really wear underbust corsets. I attempted a over bust one for the rockey horror night at the attic and my boobs practically suffocated me on the car journey there |

Essential for Whitby goth is a corset. I love mine, I have a few but my favourites are the pvc ones I got from Engineers of Desire. For me they look amazing. |
