I found a radish recipe when looking for something else, they were like vegetable chips, but with different toppings. The one on the web was with cinnamon...I didnt fancy that, so I used salt and pepper with paprika...really nice, just make sure you cut them thinly or they dont crisp up...got a bit of a spicy tang to them.. |

The small pink ones..... thinly sliced and added to a salad or baked in the oven until crispy with a little drizzle of olive oil and paprika. Used them as an alternative in a stir fry as well, I like my veg crunchy |

Me too haha. My favourite is with paneer and spring onions.. or potatoes with some fresh mint. |
