Tea or coffee is an obvious choice but how about for hydration? Are you glugging through the required number of litres per day or do you drink something else to relieve the monotony?
Sending out for gin and tonic is frowned upon in an office environment |

During the winter when it's cold I like hot juice or flavoured fruit tea. Too cold for water haha.
I usually start my day with a tea or coffee then water or juice.
I did a caffeine detox last year and it was awesome. But I've slipped off the wagon. Seriously though after 7 days I got withdrawal and was shaking it was scary |

"Diet cola.
I'd drink water but I like flavour.
Flavoured water exists
There's a hell of a lot of sugar in some of them.
Water has a great taste!"
Not enough for me.
And the caffeine helps me stay awake. Lol |

Water does that too, it keeps you hydrated and therefore awake |

Just throw some fruits in it. Lemon, orange, mint. It helps me too. |

Water. Honey & lemon tea. Herbal teas as and when needed.

Used to drink a lot of fizzy drinks, but the last 5 years or so, just been drinking bottled water.
I drink about 2 litres of it throughout the day, although I should be drinking 3 litres apparently.
I'm still very unhealthy though lol |

Just discovered sugar free watermelon lemonade in Tesco, thought this would but better than all the caffeine in pepsi max.
Quickly realised I could make my own bacardi breezers so all health benefits are now a moot point. |

Seeing people on here being able to drink 8 litres of anything a day!
I start to feel queasy after 3 litres of liquid in a span of a couple of hours. That's why I prefer spirits over beer. 2 beers max, then spirits all the way! |
