Help...

As long as you wired in the model of thermostat you should be fine.

Theres different models but you didnt say which was yours.

Did you check your old wiring to new wiring model.

Take a photo before change then you could check if you wired it wrong easy done though.

No I haven’t installed it, I have messed up the settings on the controls panel. I’m not a plumber.

Is there not a reset button on there, and start again? Mine has.

Pay to get a plumper in! I never know why people don't get someone local in instead of asking on here you need someone who is focused on doing the job properly expecialy with gas or electrics.

Its not plumbing or electrical related.

I presume it was cold, so wanted heating on or higher on the temp settings.

So at a guess user error when trying to set them.

It happens alot.

local, but not too local

There once was a plumber called Lee,

Who was plumbing his girl by the sea.

She said “Stop your plumbing! There’s somebody coming!”.

“I know”, said the plumber. “It’s me!”.

21 posts in and no one actually know what your actual dilemma is

What would you like it to do . Expect it to do and what is it doing or displaying that you do not want

I’m a plumber and I would reset it turn it off and on again and then manually override it make sure it operated the boiler and is working ok then reprogram to what you would

Like it to do

Some modern programmers do crazy things for no reason

plumbers are expensive and we're not talking about plumbing a boiler just resetting it. why not do it yourself if you can
