Covert surveilance haha they are not allowed to film you m8 as that is a big no no. They can turn up in un marked cars etc and monitor whats going on. Veichles in and around the area will be checked and put through the PNC for intel etc etc.

However they have to catch you in the act so to speak to do something about it. ie up against a car window with cock out throwing one off. Indecent exposure in a public place etc etc. Will be upto I imagine the officers discrection as to weather or not you are reported or charged for any offences spotted on the night. I would hazzard a guess at marked patrols swooping in on the area and hassleing people around to leave the area or face a letter through the post with a warning as to what they were doing in the area. Problem for married men to explain away what they were doing hanging around car parks at night.

The Police have to be seen to be dealing with public complaints of this sort of thing you see. I am afraid to say 9times out of 10 its the problems being reported in the day time that leads to things like this taking place. Sorry to say but its the likes of men going off in the bushes during the day time hours and early evenings without any discretion at all that leads to reports from members of the public being made.

The police have to at some point be seen to be taking this seriously hence the operation that has now been made public via the news papers. Phase 1 make public police intentions to clamp down on this area. That will make loads of people think sod that im not going there Step 2 increase patrols in that area including one good sweep taking details of every one there on the night and warnigs issued. Sends out the msg right away to keep away.

What the police are not allowed to do by law is film you or entice or trap you into making a move on them by coming over to the window thinking its game on. tahs entrapment.

Timbers rule number one when out doggin is never jump the gun and dive out like a maniac when a car pulls up with a couple in. Let them put the handbrake on and settle in. Put your interior light on after a min or two and fumble for something in the glove box then switch off again and wait for response. That way you have a tried and tested excuse for putting the light on for letts say the map to find out why your lost. If they then put there light on and start to get it on in front of you its fair game for you to get out and investigate whats going on. You are breaking no law by going over to a veichle and standing there watching. Getting your cock out and being caught wanking by a patrol car that maybe passing or already sat 3 cars down covertly on the night is another matter entirely aint it lol.

Timbers top tip for doggin is slowly slowly catchy monkey. Never rush out or do something that mmay get you into trouble. Take caution at every veichle unless you no them.. If and when the police come along you can not be done for something you have not done. If stopped and questioned just co operate and give your details and leave the area as requested. Worse thing you can do is start trying to be a smart arse as you may find your self getting lifted for a breach of the peace instead.

Operation mutley tho hahaha me deffo likes the sound of this one

There has been 'covert' policing of sites for years.

We have witnessed the Kojak's with Kodaks a couple of times taking car registrations and details but as long as the car you're in is legal or you aren't sprawled on the bonnet banging the Harlem Globe Trotters or Salvation Armies brass section in daylight in full view of the Girl Guides then you should be ok.

At the moment it seems to be the gay element that are playing around in the daytime in open areas that's causing the trouble as they aren't being discrete enough.

If people were a lot more careful where they played and when then there wouldn't be such a big problem with it all.

Keeping dogging a night time activity where hardly anyone would get offended if they saw anything would be a better way of keeping things a little more discrete and playing in quieter places too helps.

Playing safe means wearing a condom AND using a little decorum and discretion

the points made are very valid, as someone who uses the chase recreationally in the day its not nice the amount of single guys trawling the areas, and im only suprised its not happened sooner. The condoms left lying around is terrible too, i take my son up there why should kids have to be exposed to this behaviour, shame as i do love going dogging but wont be again for a while, the police will just hassle all and sundry and unfortunately it is the gay/bi fraternity in the daytime that have made it so prominent and i know that will be unpopular amongst some but its true

Someone has a sense of humour if that is the name they are using and not one made up by the press.

so a week on has anyone been cautioned yet? Went up in the day and still loads of single guys hanging around although the main bit where it was getting out of control was quiet, still loads of used condoms and empty packets lying around though, this is what causes the most disgust for none doggers

The litter left disgusts some of the doggers too and not just used condoms.

Many times we have seen mcdonalds bags and its used contents strewn about the place, empty glass bottles etc.

Used condoms and wrappers are very unsightly for anyone not to mention unhygienic and dangerous.

As one dogger told us, he always takes his condoms away with him after a play, not because of littering but because he didn't want his DNA planting anywhere!

For whatever reasons its always best to take your rubbish from the sites and dispose of them at home or elsewhere
