Well you are already photo verified so that's a start.
you can either go for a cam one or one in person. Cam ones can be going in the chat rooms with you on cam and interact with people. Then you may politely ask them to verify you by cam.
Secondly its by meeting you could do this by going to a social or chatting and arranging to meet people in person.
The best advice is to be pleasant and try and chat with people. It may take some time but it will happen eventually.
