It’s about phrasing I think. Some comments sound more abrupt than others... |

Yeah it isn't really fair, but it is the way it is. I know I can trust me if I see a pic and realise I know the person, for example, but I don't know whether I can trust them. With the number of options women have, we do have an advantage in asking for things like that as if you don't want to do it, we can just move on. Like I say, not fair but, hey, whatcha gonna do? |

I’m just stating a fact, there was no rudeness intended. People can post and ask for what they want on their page, it’s up to you whether you adhere to it, move on if you don’t like what they say.
Are you sure fab is the place for you? Not really a great please if you’re sensitive, especially when a fact was stated you feel you want to leave? |

If someone messages us first, then we'd expect them to send a face pic first.
If we message anyone then we send face pics first.
Prefer to do it early on to save wasting each others time if theres no attraction from either side.
Sin. |

"OP, if it bothers you, why don't you ask those people about it? Surely they will give you the right answer."
I usually get blocked if I ask that so that's why I posted topic lol I for one wouldn't block people who ask for face pic if the sender has a face pic |

Exactly that. Nothing wrong at all with an accurate answer,or an opinionated one, but word choice is critical for helping convey tone and politeness when dealing with text.
Many people seem to feel because they are right, they don't need to be polite.
That goes for those that start threads, and those that reply. |

I think because although people don’t have a face picture on their public photos but may have in friends only or private photos, and when they ask to see a face pic you send one and they send one back. Someone just don’t like having a face display on public show. I state this on my profile too. Good luck |

I request face pics when people message me as I wouldn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I would also share a face pic then in reply.
Perfectly reasonable to request a face pic if you have shared yours. |
