Sorry Bradley!

Quick question, are we alone in enjoying “the chase” leading up to a meet?

We’re relatively inexperienced, but our meets thus far have been as the result of some time spent chatting and flirting with the other person and building that tension beforehand.

And in hindsight, I think that’s what we enjoyed the most (the physical stuff was fun too!).

We’re exchanging a few messages here and there with some people, but mostly we’re finding that the overwhelming majority seem in it for a quick hook up (which is fine, but it’s just not for us).

Where are all you social butterflies hiding!?

In my experience, a lot of couples are quite guarded and reclusive in many ways, often they like to be chased as well so there's a lot of 'working things out' regarding dynamics and the like.

There are plenty of couples out there that do enjoy chatting though, it's just a case of finding them!

Stick to your guns and you will find them! It's how we like to do things, though at the beginning of our fabventure we did give in and meet couples without chatting, which was fun but we soon realised we preferred to take time getting to know people.

I love the build up and sexual chemistry before a meet...would be great to actually have someone turn up at the end though ;£

The build up to a meet is all part of the fun for us.

We enjoy getting to know people through chatting, it let's us know if we actually do want to meet them or not.

Plus, it's good to talk.

Although the forums is made up of only a small percentage of people who use fab most people say they need a connection with people before they can have sex with them so I'm surprised at your experience.

Don’t get us wrong, we have a few convos on the go which sound promising.

But in the main we get the feeling that when we say we’d rather chat and have a social before any nakedness - the initial spark dies off and the replies stop coming through so quickly

We’re not likely to give in and change our approach tho - here for the fun, not for the numbers!

Yes, we always chat and have at least one social. We tend to gravitate towards people who feel the same

Many chasers are all full of ego and get more enjoyment and satisfaction from the chase than they do from the actual catch.

Its similar to a spoiled child stamping its feet and screaming to get something and once they get it then they no longer want it or have any interest in it.

I love the chase and a social before anything else. Personally I need to feel some sort of connection with the person or couple.

Nobody gets a head start. It's a full-on game, or nothing. Play to win by whatever means, I take no prisoners. If you can't play at my pace, you're out of the game. Done.
