I try to drink high strength dissolvable vitamin C before bed and take a milk thistle capsuel before bed, helps reduce severity a little next morning.
Then just keep drinking water, eat well and continue with normal vitamins and milk thistle the next day. All helps me recover quicker, despite my age |

Bit late now, but drink a pint of water or a berocca before bed . That helps reduce the alcohol concentration in your bloodstream and replaces list body fluid so helps reduce hangovers.
Also vitamin b and c need replaced so either supplements before going out and beluga or similar following morning |

"What kind of rough?
Sleeping rough? Hungover? Haven’t showered? Need specifics heredrinking rough "
Paracetamol, lucozade orange and sip water throughout the day.
Rationale brain is made up of glucose and water (hence lucozade), the hangover head is from dehydration (hence water) mostly. |
