Justin Fletcher (Mr Tumble) was the voice of Jake & Doodles from the Tweenies

Pui (from Show me, Show me) was 'po' from the Teletubbies (inside the costume and the voice)

Archie the inventor (Miles Jupp) from Balamory is actually breaking into comedy and stared on Mock the Week and Michael McIntyre's comedy roadshow... oh and he was on Just Dance for sports relief (Firestarter - the Prodigy)

SOS was agreed on as the international distress signal not because it is a shortening of Save Our Souls, but because it's morse code equivalent (three dots, three dashes, three dots) is quick and easy to remember

That is a true fact Jan, you have always been nice when you've been round for tea, we'll have to do it again before I move up here permanently at the end of June and then of course you're more than welcome to come to stay at ours in Shields.

In the film Bullitt, the famous ten minute car chase scene has a few continuity errors.

The Dodge Charger loses 5 hubcap during the chase, being just one of the errors

That iconic scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indiana Jones just shoots the swordsman? It was an ad-lib.

There was supposed to be a fight scene, but Harrison Ford was suffering from dysentry and really wasn't in the mood when it was time to film it. He said to Steven Spielberg, "Look, I have a gun, why wouldn't I just shoot him..?"

The rest, is movie history

Short people wear glasses at a younger age than tall people.

Why is that?? I hear you ask.

Because tall people have longer arms and can hold books, letters, further away from their eyes than shorter people.
