I agree with this.
If I feel I'm not hitting the right spot I'll ask for directions.

I agree. I get frustrated by the posts on here along the lines of ‘do all women love anal?’, ‘do all women prefer a big cock?’ Etc. Individual people like different things sexually, as they do with everything in life. Communication is key!

A conversation that happens beforehand, boundaries, then everything can just flow naturally where the mood takes you both.
If someone needs directing then a quick change of position is all that is needed to get them on track
With the right person everything just fits and moves smoothly without any awkwardness
