Yup. They're fake profiles. Mostly blokes pretending to be women, using pics they've stolen from porn sites. They try to fix up meets with women or couples, then mention the male they want to bring along, then at the last minute there's a reason the non-existant woman can't make it, but the male (ie. themseles) might as well do the meet with the couple, the woman will come next time...
