It's not long gone 7pm. The kids are away, peace and quiet and I've cooked what I wanted for tea tonight. Now I'm off to run a nice big bubbly bath. Then bed as I'm up for work at 4am.

I’m usually in bed for 8pm, but baba didn’t sleep during the day so is sleeping now. So I’m still on the couch! And he still needs a bath!!! I won’t be in bed until at least 9pm tonight. Amazing |

We just bought a puppy so our life revolves around trying to rush him to the garden before he pees on the carpet. Feeding him picking up stuffed toys keeping all electric cables out the way. Then trying to get him to sleep in his crate so we can grab couple of hours sleep before it all starts again about 6 in the morning |

Awe a puppy!! I love puppies but they are hard work. I don't miss training my boy when he was a pup. I remember sitting in the garden with him two or three times a night in the middle of Winter until he went to pee they are so bloody cute though |

I remember those days (at least hopefully as wasn't that long ago). All ways make the best of that time when they're sleeping. By that I mean do the washing or something. Cleary don't try and watch something or do something fun, they'll wake up straight away. In fact that's something that don't change when they're older either. Anyway hope everything is going ok? |

He rarely sleeps during the day, he’s eight weeks old and has twenty minute naps and then is awake for two, three hours at a time. So it’s so difficult doing anything so guess what I’m doing now...nothing at all |

Well I was meant to be going for drinks with a friend but I've decided to be a lot cooler than that. So I've made paella and waiting for the OH to come back. We're going to watch The Apprentice and he's going to brush my hair and we'll snuggle. Badass bitch checking in. |

I remember just being constantly knackered. At least it don't last forever. Of course just when you think you can put your feet up they come with other challenges. To be fair I they tend to need you right into adulthood I'm lead to believe (although I dont remember reading any of that in the promotional literature). I tried returning my two to Argos but I didn't have a receipt and to be fair it had been well over 30 days anyways. |

"Getting up at 4am would make me very sad. I don’t know how you do it. "
The shifts are rubbish but I like the job and it affords for me and my family a comfortable life. Plus I'm the grand age of 35 now so looking at the way things are going my generation will only have to work to a retirement age of 93. Then I can put my feet up. Unless I have a constant stream of grandchildren and great grandchildren all wanting my attention |
