I see it all to often in my line of work, those who suffer from MH.

Don't suffer in silence, if you having difficulties, struggling to cope, have issues you can't see a way out of or just need to clear your mind. Talk to someone, a family member, a friend, a professional, someone here on fab or even me. My inbox is always available if anyone needs to talk, I may not be able to solve the problem but maybe just talking will help!!

People should talk if they can.. but If you can't... Writing a letter to yourself or someone you will never send it to or can't.. can often help too x

Talking is good, but I also found journaling useful, getting the thoughts down was valuable because I could reflect.

Always happy to contribute to these types of threads and inbox open if anyone fancies a chat.
