Ermmmmm
these patches are suddenly stated to have a strange effect on my arms ?
yesterday rash and now today i put one on the other arm and it feels really strange ...all hot and big 
am i allergic i wonder  |

they did that with me!! also gave me really bad nitemares?? also took a lot to get the left behind glue of my arm?? tryin goin on to lower strength ones can sometimes help xx |

my mum smoked for over 30 year and she stopped using the inhalators, stopped for 4 years then my nan died and she started again |

damn that nicotine.
actually, its the 4000 chemicals they put into ciggies that causes the addiction... 
smoking JUST tobacco wouldnt do half as much damage. |

i did stop eventually with just stoppin dead was horrid for a wk then eased off a bit its willpower really!! give everythin a try!! what did it for me was puttin the money that i didnt spend on cigs in a jar then at end of wk had 35 quid that got spent on a new toy he he!! then at end of first month that was 140 quid in a jar!! good luck xx  |

LOL Peaches.
My Ex got the same reaction on the 24 hour patch, she later tried the shorter wear one, which caused less issues. She also moved it during the day to a new position to alleviate the problem.
Keep going though, your getting there!
