Find what's bugging you maybe..often re occurring ones do have significance in that something is running thru the head daily and the subject matter if dream may not resemble the actual stress factor in day to day life. I ve managed it before by staying awake way beyond my limit until the body just hits real deep sleep....failing that scotch |

"Memory dump before bed - relay your thoughts onto paper or a dictaphone "
Agree with this.... get it all out, write a letter that won’t be delivered, just let your thoughts, everything you want to say out |

Change up your routine before going to bed.
Your obviously going through a repeating scenario, so go and do something entirely different.
Listen to music, read a book or even go for a walk or run. |

Your dreams are generally your subconscious trying to tell you something, especially if it's reoccurring.
Listen to what they're trying to tell you.
Having said that I used to have a reoccurring nightmare I was being chased down an Underground platform by turtles...analyse that! |

OK. Going into my non-swinger psychic intuitive side .... anxiety dreams tend to be just that. Something in your everyday life is frustrating you, and that is making you anxious. The human brain is designed to overcome challenges, and if we are asleep and it can't, it simply wales us up. The imagery of the dream should symbolise what the issue is. Have a quiet think and see if you can find it. Also feel free to PM me the dream and I could see if I can add to this. Most of all, don't worry. Everything passes.
Also - asking on a swingers site is cool with me. There us more to most people than simply being a swinger. |
