Perhaps they do meet men and women and couples.. but perhaps they want to search out the men themselves.. not have them do the approaching? |

I think you've hit the nail on the head. I've had meets with plenty of couples and the odd single lady who has on their profile "not meeting single guys" as they prefer to choose the single guys they contact rather than comb through an avalanche...hardly surprising when you see the amount of mail they get... |

I've had meets with plenty of couples and the odd single lady who has on their profile "not meeting single guys" as they prefer to choose the single guys they contact rather than comb through an avalanche...hardly surprising when you see the amount of mail they get..."
To be fair, I don't think you've ever had too much trouble attracting female company.  |

It's a fair point on both sides. Couples and single women often prefer to do the choosing. But if people leave single men as a category they are looking for, and at the same time also have 'not looking for single men', it means they come up in searches as people looking for single men. So it does get irritating, especially if they write NO SINGLE MEN, NOT EVER blah blah, rant rant. If you feel that strongly perhaps it is time to turn off the single men choice on what you are looking for. |
