It would be a dress definitely, I am a dress and skirt person. Probably in red or royal blue if I could find the right one, possibly with a slight shimmer or discreet sequins. |

A beautiful morticia style black dress that hits the floor. My doc martens neatly concealed underneath. A necklace made by a friend that has a bat wing encased in glass. Dangly bracelets. Minimal makeup but darker eyes and red lips if we are being fancy!
My plus one is Mr. He’d be wearing a nice suit, the more tight fitting style with a red tie and shiny new black converse on his feet. . - Mrs |

I am usually wearing trousers, but this is definitely one occasion to embrace the dress!
Some classy underwear and a long midnight blue velvet dress for me. Dress shirt and tailored suit for plus one. |

It depends how high class we're talking - if it was a black tie event i've got a lovely red satin full length dress, and my +1 would be in a tux.
Slightly less formal and I'd opt for a midi or knee length black dress with my +1 in a suit and tie |

"Something red probably"
What colour did you team up with your red dress in the end ? The one you posted a thread on, I think purple was a suggestion you were keen on |

I’d be in a suit and the lady in a dress (preferably black) with black stockings, killer heels, red lips and ready for action as soon as we got back or if we couldn’t wait, find somewhere quite and just slide the dress up and tease her with my fingers, then my tongue before sliding in to her warm wet, Mmm, I’ve just got myself so bloody horny lol. |

For me, it'd be a gown in royal blue or emerald green. Sleek sweetheart neckline bodice, big floor length skirt with petticoats. Lace and velvet detailing in black. Black velvet shrug. Hair up in a French knot. Filigree earrings and necklace, either black or a dark grey. Statement purple lipstick and shimmery eyeshadow. |

I've got a beautiful dark green Westwood dress with a corset and asymmetric skirt that I'll hopefully still fit in, so that, a chok*r and some beautiful heels. My plus one can wear whatever she likes - a tux would make me melt. |

I have a wardrobe full of evening dresses, ball gowns - throwback to a former life
Which I'd pick would depend on the event, if there was a theme.
My date, we'd coordinate.
So if he was wearing a tie/bow tie, pocket square, waistcoat etc it would match the colour of my dress

I love any excuse to get dressed up. The dress and lips would definately be Red,possibly satin or velvet.
Im off to the Opera tonight and wearing a one shouldered red midi dress, stupidly high heels and a Black faux fur. Love to feel glam and makes the occasion feel more special. |

I thought the sgian dubh was for cutting the laces on a corset |

"I would probably wear a full length cocktail dress most likely in a navy or berry with sweetheart neckline. I would hope he would coordinate with me "
You'd want him in the same cocktail dress? Wouldn't that be a clash of outfits? |

In my dinner suit with an appropriately coloured bow tie that didn’t clash with my partner. If I didn’t know what she was wearing I’d just wear a black one. She’d be wearing whatever she wants.
If that was too formal I’d wear a three piece suit that fits my mood. With a Blake’s Mill White Shirt and tie that coordinates with the shirt. |

I bet you’d look great in a little black dress.
Ooh thank you "
Actually, I’d love to see that. |
