Oh come on! It's a travelling Fun Fair!
It's called the Warwick Mop Fair and has rolled into town for centuries.
It arrives Thursday and into Friday, operates Friday and Saturday nights but must vacate the town by Midday Sunday.
Next week, they'll do it all over again on the same format. Legend is if they miss one day, they can never return.
The entire Town Centre streets are closed down to traffic, & are filled with traditional rides plus white knuckle ones too, plus kiddies rides, slideshows, and all the usual stuff you see in Fun Fairs. |

My Mother's family grew up in Torbrex village, but grandmother finally lived for 30 years on Torbrex Rd, opposite High School playing fields.

you need to up the stakes....my hiding places for chocolate and biscuits away from The Ex.....they were so good, that I even occasionally forgot myself where is hidden them....in the end I had to keep "safe notes" on my mobile!! Hahaha |

I went to the 3 shop and one of the staff there sorted ma phone out, the he said to press the reset button on ma 4G wi-fi thingy, all is good now |

I wouldn't normally have minded, but there were a few things that I had to do online today, so had to trek to the library to use one of their computers. Good excuse to call in for a pint on the way back though |
