I think ive accidentally employed a shit builder! Had a shower put into a utility room. Well the shower works, but he hasn't moved the wall mounted light switch, or put an extractor fan in. But he has given me the bill and fucked off to the next job!  |

Hmmm. did you set out in writing all of the tasks you wanted the builders to do? A decent trades person would advise you what needs doing to keep up with the regs.
Ask them to come and finish the job and say that you will pay them when it's finished up to the inspector's approval. |

My friend recently had a similar problem with a guy who worked in the same way, he got different guys to do different parts of the job but was crap at organising who came when.
Luckily you haven't paid them, justake sure you don't til it's finished.
