"Don’t mess with someone trying to get to work in the city !
You'll probably have a bad day! "
I’m still sat waiting to get to work tis my line they are messing with.
It’s frustrating but they’ve been around for months now, camped out all over the place.
I find some of their targets amusing |

Why the tube? Probably the greenest way to travel! People leave their cars at home and get public transport and they still can’t win. No wonder they’re kicking off. This country really is a joke in so many ways. Can’t wait to get out of it for good.

"He didn’t half land with a bump and a few punches. "
Good. I'm only surprised that's it's taken so long for those idiots to get a hiding and it's a testament to British restraint that it wasn't a worse one.
If that's what it takes to deter those hypocrites then so be it. |

" The pack mentality is scary "
It is. The guy was pulled down and set on by 8-10 people kicking and punching him.
XR screwed up there big time, and they've acknowledged that and asked for associate groups not to take such action again.
The sheer majority of the protests they've done have been peaceful sit ins, chain ups and gluings. Which are easily dealt with and contained.
What happened in the situation at the station was reprehensible on both sides, and the staff were caught in the middle of it trying to stop a man get kerb stomped to death.
I don't condone what XR done and neither do I condone the mob mentality that could all to easily have lead to a senseless death.
If the rail staff were not there then that is very well what could have happened, and if you (not the person I quoted but anyone else reading this) are the sort who condones such unlawful acts of vigilanteism then do me a favour and block me.

I don't agree with a mob mentality but it's a reality that occurs in humans. Like animals. If you don't want to get stung then don't poke a stick into a hornets nest.
I imagine that with terrorism travellers have had enough problems. Idiots further hindering them and themselves lashing out is not going to end pretty. |
