Smoked, sweet cu_ed, normal, maple syrup styled, fried, grilled, baked in over.

Crispy, streaky, cold, middle

Lardons?

It's one of the tasiest value treats in our generation. Sadly I will never experience Japanese waygu cooked in front of me on a griddle but bacon is a taste sensation..

I adore and crave it.. crispy streakey bacon is the food of the heavens

Never tried vocunut oil.. depends on the cut. Sometimes I use the bacon's own fat.

Grilled, with the rind crispy (but not burnt), on a soft white teacake/barm cake/bap/roll (delete as applicable) with cheese melted on the top. Now that's how I like my bacon.
