I'm wide awake. Finished a run of 7 night shifts on Monday morning and my body clock is now completely fucked!

I'm actually really tired but just can't sleep.

Fairy Land

0330 is my nemesis. If I sleep through it, I’m good until about 0500. If I don’t, this happens! Wide awake and over thinking shizzle I can’t control. Thank goodness for the distraction of the forums.
