My mom used to cook it for my dad...tripe and onion. It smelt disgusting!!

Money was tight and my dad would eat anything.

Same reason people like to eat congeled blood and fat.. oherwise known as black pudding.

LOL, I know but quorn is cardboard (mould actually for those smart arses!) and made to look and taste like meat... the irony... if you don't want to eat meat, then don't. Vegies can eat my sausage if they want, small but served daily.

The only meat mentioned here so far that I don't actually find totally inedible is bacon.

I also don't like vegetables very much either which rules me out of being a vegetarian or vegan.

This thread is actually making me hungry. So many of those things I actually love to eat but has to be cooked very well.

Love all weird things like chicken gizzards, liver and tripe.

But kidneys is one thing I can’t stand..
