Sure. But a lot are great people, easy to talk to, friendly, respectful, good looking, great, sex, good sense of humour etc.
After awhile you do begin to repeat yourself.
Plus, if you briefly bumped into someone at a social or in a club, there often isn't much to say, but it's nice to say something. |

Very few people actually give bad veris. How often is someone going to say "lousy shag" "don't bother with this one" "an arse". People are too polite in veris which kinda makes them nonsense. So people cut and paste with couple word alterations. So they all kinda read same |

Nah, only the ones I give/receive.
I do think that you learn to spot the fakes, the ones where there was nothing particularly interesting to say etc. Some are a hoot to read and I like seeing the evolving friendships. |

I always look for key phrases in verifications....
Showed up on time , smelled great , very cheeky.....
The phrase “ Sucks like a Hoover “ tells me nothing about the real person. |

Even if someone gave a bad veri it’s not likely the person receiving it will display it.
Previously, when I was asked to verify a bad meet I would either refuse or simply put the words ‘he’s real’ if the person kept insisting. I wasn’t going to lie |

All the veris I've given are genuine.
All the veris I've received are genuine.
That's all I can say with 100% certainty.
Let's say I met 10 people, socially for coffee. How many different ways are there of saying "I met XXX socially for coffee"?
Ultimately a veri should confirm the person turned up and looked like their profile pictures.
That's really all that's needed.
That's rarely all that's written.

I absolutely hate writing veris. I nwver have anything interesting to say. I like the person but just don't know what to write. So I end up writing something shit and I feel bad because people will think they were so crap I had only generic things to say about them.  |

We’re a bit generic with our Verdi’s as we never know what to say. We don’t like graphic ceros, so basically confirm they are who they say they are (a couple, single male etc) which is all that’s really needed.
Seeing who has verified is more revealing. If they’ve met friends of ours then we’re more likely to trust them. The more of our friends they’ve met, the more they seem like ‘our’ people.
Same goes for the fakes. |
