I love a curry, when I go out for curry I try to have something different. My favourite is probably a Madras, although I like most curry... especially hotter ones.

Chicken Tikka Balti. Although having grown up in Birmingham and for a time lived by Ladypool Road I am a bit of a curry snob and while there are decent curry houses down here I've yet to find one that makes a proper balti!

I've got about 3 or 4 different ones in ma freezer that I've cooked. Gonna do a beef Massaman this weekend, although I prefer them spicy, this is quite a mild one and ma mate won't eat ma hot ones
