With all the scares over the leaking sacks in the boob jobs recently, doctors have been perfecting a new perfectly safe inflatable balloon that can be inflated to size depending on how big you want to be. There is a small tube hidden under the boob that you attach to a bike pump to slowly inflate but you can blow into it too.
Scientists have said that due to the rising cost this would also beat inflation too!
