Having had a certified dad bod and not being very proud of it I've taken steps to rectify that. Not going as far as gym bod but going for a happy mid point between the two. |

The more muscle mass you have the harder it is to have long term stamina, the more muscle you have the more your heart and lungs have to work intensely to supply them with oxygenated blood, hence why fast marathon runners are stick thin.
Thinking having a muscular frame equates to more stamina is a spurious thought, the two aren’t intrinsically linked.
Granted carrying around excess fatty tissue won’t help either to be fair.

I have gone from gym/sport fit to dad bod. I still play sport but I don’t watch my diet. I had a lot of stamina then and I have a lot now. The difference now is I have to pace myself haha. Less sprints or energy sapping bursts!
And I am referring to sex there |
