Its not an attraction criteria to me. As in irrelevant! Though some can show soft and caring side talking about their kids and that is a good sign to me. |

"Yes OP single dads are attractive to me. Something about all that masculinity having a nurturing, softer side too "
Good to know . Think I’ve been to busy being a dad to notice if I’ve been getting any attention |

So it’s not being a dad that does it for you it’s a man with a sensitive caring side |

"I’ve always been curious if women find single dads attractive and is for any particular reason ?"
Not sure how being a single dad can make a man more or less attractive...
Surely you either fancy him or you don't?
The only time it would be an issue would be for a relationship. Not all women want children. |

I wouldn't say being a single dad, would make me anymore or anyless attracted to someone.
It may mean they'd be more compatible, understand me, my life as a single mum, appreciate the difficulties around raising kids alone, not always being free, having to cancel plans when family comes first though |

I'm not really a maternal person but if a guy is a dad and clearly very devoted to his children, I do find that attractive as it shows his character. If I dated a guy with kids and he ever put me first at the expense of his children I would be incredibly put off by that as I believe his children should always come first. |

If I find a person who is attractive, they’re attractive. Being a parent is separate to my sexual or emotional interest.
It wouldn’t factor into my feelings either way, as all it proves is once or more they didn’t wear a condom with someone. |

And in certain parts of the country it seems particularly popular to give your child a surname for a first name - Brooke and Taylor for example
Basildon school playgrounds would evidence this I'm sure... |

Yes and no
They should be more at ease and understanding on a woman’s body and also understand how important kids are to a woman due to being a parent
But meeting up whilst it’s a weekend might not be easy or starting up something serious and having another bunch of kids in your life might not suit some women, money might be tighter too lots to consider
But just sex and friendships wouldn’t be any problems due to kids |

"If he's a dad it means he had his dick in someone. Ugh
He may have wanked into a pot "
Good point. The thought of him wanking into a yogurt pot has got my minge dripping. |

I wouldn't ever actively seek out a man because he's a single dad, just as I'm sure most men don't seek out single mums.
Seeing a man being a good dad though is very attractive to me. |

Single dad, it would depend on the guy I suppose. However, a single dad who is a great dad does give me the 'awww' factor. Dads that actually do right by their children and who clearly know their child(ren) means the absolute world to them. |

"I'd imagine being a good dad is an attractive trait, same as being a shit dad who can't be arsed to even see the kids is a very unattractive trait. "
I agree. It's an insight into a person's character. |

I think the difference is that women don't necessarily sexulise dads in the way men do women. It's the porn effect |

Thank you, not many girls seem to appreciate putting my child first x |
