I think in a world where there is so many profound bad feeling, I feel (no pun intended) that this is just one of those scenarios where it is kind of awkward and perhaps a bit fun. Its nice to have someone notice you and make a kind, albeit a bit of a cheeky compliment no matter how small. How I see it is that there are some people out there who never get any or very little attention, and if someone called them sexy like they did to you it would just make their day. But that's just my take.

I avoided having massages for years because I am very ticklish and eventually get aroused. When I finally went, Swedish fully body, it was totally non -sexual.
