...on how you take your coffee

I grew up having weak milky coffee which slowly got stronger and stronger until last week when I started taking it black.

So then, how do you take your coffee?

Any enthusiasts lurking about?

Any tips on the perfect coffee?

What is your favourite type, blend, or brand?

Well, it's your lucky day as today is the day you can express your thoughts on the humble coffee bean or simply read the thoughts of others as you sip on a cuppa with a digestive after work.

I still always have them in a restaurant. Usually instead of a dessert.

my own little sanctuary

I prefer latte’s although sometimes it has to be black with a few sugars or I’ll have one or two espresso’s.... depends on wether I need to be wide eyed or pottering through my day

Strong but milky - 2 teaspoons of coffee for a standard mug, with about 3/4 of water and 1/4 of milk. Sometimes more milk, but never less milk. No sugar as I am sweet enough

My local cafe is the best, Nicaragua beans roasted in Wales, with organic milk made on a top notch machine. My usual is a lava-cino©, extra hot cappuccino, 2 brown sugars in it.

Black, so nice and simple.

I get more stressed out than reasonable though, if someone else is making it and the kettle starts to boil.

“A coffee boiled is coffee spoiled” and all that.
