Got a message this morning from my sis saying my nephew had slipped in his room and some how managed to tear some skin from his testicles

If that is not bad enough she is still taking him horse riding today!!! What a mean bitch hahaha

He won't be on the horse for long if he's damaged his scrotum. She could be making a rod for her own back though because if it gets infected she'll have to deal with it.
