Anybody else excited that El Camino is released today?

Can’t wait to watch it. I’ve promised my bestie I’ll wait to watch it with her when I see her next week.

I’ll be avoiding spoilers.

Just finished watching! It's pretty damn good and fans of the show will definitely love it. I'd say you'd need to have watched Breaking Bad to enjoy it though.

I've just finished it too.

I dont think it would work as a stand alone film and yes, you really need to watch the series to get it.

It was good but I need to let it settle before I can give a proper verdict. Lol

Has it got anything to do with pick-up trucks?

Yes, very good. Not quite amazing, but great way to tidy things up and provide closure.

It felt more like a long episode of BrBa that they forgot to air. Fabulous to see all the characters again. What a show its been.

Still working my way through "Better Call Saul" at the moment too, which is also brilliant in its own way.

loved better call saul .i hear the scripts came through for the next series and were sent back for rewrites as they strayed to far from the style of the show .so it'll be next year sometime before he is back

It closes a door for the purists but leaves others potentially open. Not the best but worth watching.

Watched it at the weekend and really loved it. Was a great way to end Jesse’s story after the open ended way it was left at the end of the series.

Even though you figure Jesse will probably get away (or does he?), the tension in a lot of the scenes was palpable, in the same way that Tarantino is so great at. The cinematography was fantastic too, with countless beautifully framed shots.

Well worth a watch, even as a stand-alone film you don’t really need to have seen the series to get the jist.
