Thankfully a better day than yesterday.
I'd come off duty but was troubled by a filling done on Monday. True to form, it fell out mid morning. Was able to get into dentist at mid afternoon who rectified issue, all ok now.
Got back to base at 4.30pm, had 4 hours sleep before work, & pulled lower back muscle during night!
Much better, slept well and back ok.
Ten years younger? That makes you 18? |

I’ve just had some McVities Digestives and cheese, funnily enough. I have a question, though. Does anyone feel like McVities have changed the recipe. They don’t seem to have the same substance and density that they used to have. PS I’ll accept boob pics as well |
