Slow cookers, the best thing for people that can't be arsed to cook after a long day at work.
I do curries and chinese in mine too. |

Baked potato with cheese and coleslaw - Thursday is when we use up the weeks leftovers before food shopping Friday

Beef stroganov; slow cooked yesterday.
My mission is, as always, to see just how many mushrooms I can get into it*.
*Currently 4 punnets and one pack of (re-hydrated) dried mushrooms from Sainsbury's. Plus a splash of Concentré Liquide Champignons. |
