I've been feeling a bit rubbish this last week I'm hormonal a d struggling with Aniexty. Trying to put a brave face on it but it's only the people that really know me that can see I haven't been my usual. I don't know if the situation I'm in with lots of changes is making it worse. Also have been totally burning the candle at both ends with lots of traveling. I think I need to step back and look after myself a little for a change. |

I have got up this morning in a right rotten mood. Some people are determined to undermine and make you feel shitty  and I've forgotten my coffee today as well. |

Hey hugs to all...none of you..fabbers. ..realise how much you did for me when I was in a very dark place and standing right on the very brink...I nearly very nearly let go of my today's but it was the jokes you lovely lot would tell me on my horror days..jokes without judgement..which is more than I got from my friends..when a stranew touches your heart it turns that moment into a ray of golden sunshine...so thanks fabbers and to everyone having a bad day, nervous day etc....my thoughts really go out to ya and wish you the very best  |
