However, Babs is right. The clique only exists as a concept, people can claim to be in or out of the clique, but it doesn't exist in the real world. |

Also people knowing each other well and interacting primarily with their close friends isn’t actually a clique, is it? There’s a difference between being close with people you know well and deliberately excluding people. |

I thought the clique was more a way of thinking and shutting down conversation or challenge than a friend group....? |
