So what defines you physically? What is you re preference in others? It comes in many forms..your strong arm power lifters , good for short bursts of sheer strength..it comes in form of lean strength....stamina..endurance..an ability to keep on all day at a steady plod but achieving as opposed to only managing short bursts..not necessarily talking sporty..just talking physically what defines you? I m defined by my stamina and endurance , former ultra mountain runner but now it's just my ability to keep going in my work when totally knackered..my legs are my best asset..my face should have come with a built on mask in order to reduce the trauma to those around lolol..have a think..physically . Who are ya? |

Strength and stamina ( and mental strength)- Mr "
Mental strength is a necessity if pushing the physical..you can be the perfect physical creation but if lacking mentally when the chips are down you will fail..you in a general term not personal |

It will test you completely..mentally and physically..interestingly long distance road runners often fall by the wayside purely because it's a different form of mentality and physicality...go for it but train hard..tough mudder isn t close..this is brecon beacons..I did it in June and the SAS staff got washed out of their bivvies and one guy had a pic of him on summit in a quick sleet shower..the beacons are unforgiving lol |

If you do it you will receive an email laying down rules..ie no hi energy drinks but also you MUST train on rough terrain because the gym is too nice nice. ....the high energy drinks came after the three recruits died..it was found that they had d*unk this stuff after being told no...the thing people forget is because of their effect on your body they increase the speed your body uses water so dehydration sets in fast...stay natural..don t shock the body..same with theach specialist bars. .stay natural as the effect you gain from them does not last long and alters body balance...chemical wise..I was told but I only enquired, never used, that a person on the start of using them should allow the body a good week to adapt..for me personally that is the body saying no thank you..listen to it..sorry if I sound preaching , not meant, |

I suppose I come under the short stocky, sort power lifter type.
I have a party trick I like to do which is picking up women, one on each arm.
But on here my greatest strength seems to be my humour and character. |

"Balanced agility, with strength power endurance and gritty tenacity"
Great combination..for me strength is not one thing but many rolled into one..as I said you can have the perfect muscular structure but in order to get best results you need so much more... |

Hey you decide to go for it then give me a shout..love to know how you get on and maybe give advice..learn your compass navigation..one guy, when the weather came down to hand in front of face and driving rain took wrong turn...the staff found him on a different Hill and bear in mind a CO of SAS training died of hyperthermia re running their basic Wales selection..he only did it to see if it needed changing |
