I (Luke) virtually never drink alcohol. Hannah is partial to the occasional cocktail or glass of wine which I guess is maybe once a month.

I have never had a hangover.

Couple of beers (330ml cans of IPA at the mo) Friday night. Sat maybe 1, if training or racing Sunday none.

Christmas I get seasonal ales in & drink as I go...usually still finishing in Feb/Mar, not due to huge quantities bought, but still only drink at most 2 beers at any one time & usually once a week.
