Im fine, thanks for asking.. Just get lonely sometimes. Dont have any real friends all my past friendships have fizzled out like a bonfire in the rain. |

I’m lucky I have one know known since I was 10 and one since I was 20 and both have stepped up in times of need without question and I also have one other that I’ve know for 5 years and I know she will always be there regardless of what’s needed, and there is always my big brother who is my hero!

I totally get that. I know lots of people and consider a few friends but I don't really have any that I feel really close too. |

One really close friend who I have been best mates with for over 25 years. And a couple of good friends who know a lot about me but but not half as much as my best mate does. |

Ive got 1 real friend i could tell anything to and he would do anything for me. And a circle of around 7 others that are real good friends but i know i couldnt tell them cirtain things.
I used to have a massive circle but found that many were hangers on, just used me for the partys i had and name dropping to get in cirtain places ect.
I deleted everyone out my phone a year ago and saved peoples numbers as they contacted me on a friend front not a 'wanting' front |

I have got one very best friend who I can talk to about anything and she is someone I met on here
We are real world friends too and I consider myself lucky to have found her.
I also have MrLicka of course but it’s good to have a girlfriend too 
Sometimes people just turn up and you don’t realise how important they are to you at first but they quickly become so close you feel you have known them a lifetime - I hope you find your someone special soon x |

Apart from gf..just one..total..I'm not one for acquaintances etc..funny because she s a 75 year old..friends for me are very difficult as I m looking for open minded talk about anything, dress how they wanna dress..non conformist such as myself...I ve given up trying lol  |

I have so many who think they’re my friends but I don’t. Actually got 2 who know virtually everything about me. Have met a couple of others on here who are also on the way to becoming very close |

1, and that’s how I like it.
I’m like the Lone Ranger and keep myself to myself a lot of the time.
I do have ‘acquaintances’ and family I socialise with when I’m in need to human contact |

Loneliness can be awful I can relate, there’s been a study on it quite recently and was said to be more wide spread than people yhink and can be a major factor in mental health. I’ll see if I can find the link. |

Loneliness is terrible but people can forget there are many attached loved people who, in themselves, still feel loneliness..this can come about thru a shift in their thinking, or a change in their lifes wants, wishes, dreams...in fact though living a so called perfect life some people can inwardly and without knowing disconnect and feel they no longer belong, don t feel they can change their life and so live it whilst slipping into isolation and loneliness |

I have two friends I speak with and see all the time
I have other friends who sadly I don't see very often but we know if I or they ever needed anything we would be there
For some reason my best friend and I drifted apart when she got married . I miss her terribly. Not sure what I did wrong. I try to keep in touch but never really gets much respond.
I then have other friends who I keep in touch with end see now and again.
I'm very lucky. |

No real true friends tbh.
I am a terrible friend, never contact them, never make plans. I like my evenings and weekends for me, selfish but true.
I am quite close to my daughter in laws Mum, we never arrange to do stuff though because she is the same as me. But I know she would be there if I needed her, and vice versa.
Though we are planning a a day in Liverpool looking for Wedding dresses for my Daughter in Law.
Good thing about being friends we can cook up plans  |

I locked myself away from the world for a long time and pushed my friends away but the real ones stuck by me.
