I'm a go with the flow until I see danger, then I step in and the foot goes down.
If I want things to go a certain way and I can tell others are unsure of that (as in the vibe - you know what I mean) then I'll speak up and steer things in the opposite direction

There and to the left a bit |
Think it depends on the situation and circumstance and to that extent am fairly adaptable - but generally I'm very much go with the flow and happy to go along with the natural (or otherwise) direction things take, can also be quite impulsive when it comes to making decisions.
If assertiveness or decision making is called for, I can do that, but often have to be pushed into doing so, rather than directly taking the initiative, which I think comes from a natural inclination to put others wants/needs first ahead of myself |

"Very context dependent for me too. I'm not a natural leader or assertive, but if push comes to shove I will. I'm full of ideas and a collaborator. I'm also happy to go along to get along. "
I can identify with this. |

I would love let everyone else make all decisions... unfortunately I find in most situations I’m the one who makes all the decisions and organises everything and everyone |

"Are you a leader...the go to person with good ideas and happy to make decisions?
Or, are you happy to let others make the decisions.. a go with the flow type of person?"
I am both of those things depending on the circumstances, I am happy to take charge if needed and equally happy to stand back if they are doing it my way anyway |

Depends on the situation.
I won't lead a proctologist as I don't know anything about colon but I may lead someone who is looking for a street nearby where I used to live. |

With my Austin tendencies, I struggle to change route of what my head has told me what should be happening....
However- with those patient with me, I like to be led occasionally

I am a leader, though i never used to be. Once upon a time i would be lead like a dog out for walkies.
I started a new job and it changed me. Gave me more confidence, gave me more belief in myself, showed me that i can make decisions. Now i can lead, not in a "Im in charge! Listen to me" kind of way. Now i can make a decision, although i still turn to others to see what they think, i am not a fascist |

I thought I always go with the flow but looking back at work I can be more of a leader at times. Something I would never descibe myself as. This only happens tho within my immediate team, seems I like to think I know what I'm doing.
Rest of the time, I let others make a descion and flow with it. |

Always been easily led in work setting. Now I realise most people peddle bullshit, don’t know what they’re actually on about (both at work and at life in general) and get by by being confident in their BS. Starting to exercise my leadership skills at work and so far I seem to be doing just fine. I am a slow learner when it comes to changing myself a person. But I do get there in the end! |
