"Oh yes I do. Only drink coffee in the mornings but then it needs to be really strong.
A double espresso shot or a cuban coffee with sugar and I go all day. "
Hmm. What’s a Cuban coffee? |

One of the best things I try to do y'know is drink a whole litre of water if I can as soon as I wake up. I used to be so good at it and testify this is so important to start the day like this.
I also think it's really good to try to down a load of water before bed (then have a wee) because I think it helps you not to feel and look dead when you wake up. |

I used to need coffee to function for the last 10 years or so. Then I randomly started having anxiety attacks after drinking coffee, about 3 months ago, so I quit caffeine altogether.
I Can hand on heart say it was the best thing I ever did - I feel so fresh and alert all of the time now, as well as a lot less stressed and more relaxed.
I didn’t realise caffeine had that effect on your body like that. |

I'm usually a coffee addict, but I've been laying off it recently and drinking about 4 litres of water a day. Definitely getting more energy from that. Although I do still drink too much zero, so still have caffeine in me. |

Orange juice first, then kettle goes on,shower then coffee and something for breakfast. I need coffee to function, although I'm one of those really annoying people who are really chirpy in the morning! |
