If you could change one part of your body...

2 years ago id have said was my whole body looks wise (8.2stone),
i made a change hit the gym and made a change. Im finally happy with my look would like to increse strength and chisel my body some more.... but i like cake and macaroni cheese very much so that'll never happen |

Mrs- my tummy as I’ve got torn and separated stomach muscles which leave me quite self conscious and can only be surgically repaired at a cost beyond what I can afford.

Buuut I’ve gone through a lot with my health which keeps me in check before I get too down on myself. This body has been through a lot and it’s remarkable for getting stronger after it all. I don’t obsess over weight or size or perfection, just want to accept myself and feel healthy and stronger all the time. -Mrs |

Lost almost 7 stone so I definitely know where you are coming from.
Currently hitting the gym to tone up but I think it's a lost cause  |

My belly. 3 large babies, separated abdominal muscles and several stone of weight gain and loss. Nobody else seems to mind but I just think it looks gross. Plus the stretch marks that resemble an ordnance survey map of the Himalayas. |

I think your being hard on yourself!! You look fantastic and let's be honest age has its effects ect. Your a lovely looking woman!! But, I get you as it's the bit I dislike about myself x |

For me I was fat as a kid hence why I've worked out alot of my life. So my skin on my tummy isnt as tight as I'd like. And for a big guy I've a small ass I'm told. But alot of ladies expect me to like gym fit girls where as I'm a fan of the hot thick ladies!! |

Teeth. Had an accident playing basketball as a teenager landing on my chin, and smashing a number of teeth. The repair work over the years has now come to the end of its useful life and I need major surgery to fix it. The cost of so many implants is prohibitive |
