Not a lot of excuse for rather "over the top" remarks like that I totally agree.
But sometimes quite innocently the words you hear in your head get taken completely wrongly when written down. Sometimes it's not what you say but the way that you say it. Tone of voice and inflection don't always transcribe to the written word. |

Not a lot of excuse for rather "over the top" remarks like that I totally agree.

It's because over 80% of communication is actually body language so anything just typed to a stranget is pretty much bad communication |
