I have very responsive nipples especially right now before I turn the heating on.

They are more or less the same shape and size.

No I don't think they are, they are huge though but I breastfed four babies with these bad boys so they must be alright.

Not measured but no significant difference. They changed shaped after breastfeeding. For the better I think.
