(Before we get the usual oh just eat the proper foods etc, this is if you have tried it, want to try it or have a think about it)
Huel - It's a powder food, that you mix with water or milk.
Comes in different flavours and to be honest none of them are that nice.
You can get flavour packets and some of them are ok, but depending if you get headaches with some sweetners (I do) dodge them.
So why do I have Huel?
Well, drive a truck and instead of having a £3 meal deal or stop at a McD etc, I just blend this up in the morning, throw a banana and orange in my bag and thats the food for the day sorted in around 1 minute.
I will make the odd one with semi-skimmed (mint chocolate) which makes it like a milk shake!
It fill's me up, the down side is my brain think's I've not actually eaten anything because I've not chewed anything, and that's where the orange comes in!
It gives you more than you daily requirements of vits etc
Now they do say if you have this 3 times a day, for a month (not something I have done, a week yes) and you should see around a stone weight loss.
In a week I lost a few pounds, but really couldn't see me lasting a month on it.
So, any other Huelers?
Anyone wanting to try it?
(I also make my own food and batch cook it, normally a SW type)
