Either phone them and request the restriction to be removed
Our use your provider's app to set it to adult content"
It'll be this, I keep having to do that too and always get embarrassed asking to be allowed to get on porn  |

just say you want the adult block off to get on the William Hill's betting websites etc they're blocked as well |

I couldn't do it from my providers app, I had to go into the shop and ask to have adult content removed. I was mortified. Have upgraded phone and it's back, I shan't be visiting the shop again, will do without fab, lol |
