5 months and counting. 9 years at one point, personal choice for about half of it, then couldn't get laid to save my life lol. Hope history doesn't repeat itself lol |

I don’t know what the longest period was maybe 4 years or so. But for 19 years I averaged sexual contact once every 471 days. It’s now about once every few months, so that’s a dramatic improvement  |

It's now been 10 weeks to the day, actually as I type, 10 weeks to the moment! Not my longest, that would have been when n was married, but it’s starting to get very frustrating now. |
