anyone got any full well qualified knowledge on this, ive spent hours searching the net and getting no where... 
obviously i dont wanna put on here what i need to find out, but will tell u in pm if u really know yr stuff, any help would be appreciated .....
would be more helpfull if u have employees  yr likely to know more |

Don't have knowledge myself, but when I had employment issues I found the CAB incredibly helpful, they put me on to an employment specialist xx |

thanx, i had thought of them, but round here ya gotta make an appointment and takes days to get one obviously if i dont get any help or advice i will go to them x |

Living where I do they operate one and a half days a week lol, but I found one online not local to me and called them - you don't have to use the one closest to you............. x |
