"Check your settings
You may have adult content blocked on 4g"
I had the same issue. Only way round it is age verify by credit card or go to the phone shop with proof of age. |

Try looking at your account online - there may be data restrictions to adult sites (inc sites like Anne Summers or Love Honey) . You can reset the access level yourself or contact customer services on line. This happened to me - took 24hrs for it to get back on line.
Hope this helps! |

If you’re embarrassed to ask your network for adult websites you can use the excuse that you want to access gambling websites.
Or just ask for the adult content lock to be removed. They hear it all the time so they don’t care about your reasoning lol
I work in a phone shop, if you was local I could have done it for you |

apart from Virgin phone shops.(call centre in India ,got nowhere). I called in a shop with proof of age (over 60 ,look it) and they said sorry you have to send a birth certificate to Swansea somewhere ..immediately joined ASDA, SIM card and got a PAC code off virgin to keep same number.I'll never be with Virgin again, I was with them over 11 years.. Asdas cheaper bundles anyway. |

"Fab is working when connected to WiFi thou so can it sfm be an adult content block still? "
It's the network provider blocking adult content so only affects when connected to your data. |

When you connect via WiFi it routes direct and not via 4g. As everyone else suggests it’s the age content filters, we use Fab from two different networks and had the same issue; I’ve just had this month and next months charges refunded as a gesture of goodwill from Vodafone! I told them I need adult appropriate websites for my business and them restricting them without my express permission had lost me income! They apologised and immediately refunded me!! Get on line to your provider and kick ass! |

If you're worried about being embarrassed to ring to remove an adult restriction simply say you want to get on the William Hill's betting sites but am restricted. I could be wrong but I think adult content block includes such as that as well |

You are correct. They all come under the same adult content lock. Gambling as well as purchasing knives and porn lol there’s a few others blocked as well
It’s the eu. They made everyone opt-in automatically to adult locks until age has been verified. You have to opt out. I understand that it’s to protect kids, but my kids never get close to my phone lol |

You’ll definitely have a age blocker put on by your sim provider. If it’s Vodaphone the app wasn’t that great at turning it off. Had to go in to a shop. Just tell them you want the adult blockers removed (they don’t just cover porn) they’ll do it, wait 10 mins and restart phone. Fab away. |
